This is a home in the Cedar area just south of Nanaimo that we built to a certain stage and the homeowners took over and finished it themselves. It is designed by an architect, built with SIP panels and is built to step code 5 which means it is very efficient and airtight. We are quite proud of this one because it ticks a lot of boxes for us as a team - modern design, energy efficiency, alternative building methods and surprisingly budget-friendly!
