Spaces Matter.
We Build Them Well.
A home is more than walls and a roof. It is where mornings start slowly, where friends gather, and where life unfolds over time.
At Böehm Construction, we build and renovate homes that are meant to be lived in. Thoughtful spaces. Solid craftsmanship. Details that feel right.
Our team brings decades of hands-on experience to every project. From custom homes to renovations and additions, we work closely with trusted local trades and suppliers to ensure each step is done properly.
We believe the building process should feel clear and steady. Honest timelines. Realistic budgets. No surprises.
Just skilled people building homes that are meant to last.

Jeff Böehm
President
When you build a custom home, the hardest part is rarely the construction. It’s the decisions.
What to choose? When to decide? How does each choice affect your budget and timeline?
Jeff built Böehm Construction around making that part clear.
From the beginning, he focuses on helping you understand what’s ahead, what matters most, and where decisions will have the biggest impact. Not all at once, but at the right moments, in the right sequence.
If something risks your timeline or your budget, he addresses it early. If a decision needs more clarity, he slows it down. The goal is never to push a project forward at any cost, but to move it forward with confidence.
You always know where you stand, what comes next, and why.

James Zwingli
Operations VP
A well-run project doesn’t happen by accident. It’s structured that way.
Behind the scenes, James ensures everything is aligned. Schedules, trades, materials, and timing all work together rather than competing with one another.
For you, that means fewer surprises.
When something changes, you understand the impact. When a decision is needed, you know why it matters now, not later. And when the project moves forward, it does so with purpose, not guesswork.
James is focused on keeping the entire process controlled and predictable, so you’re not left reacting to issues that could have been avoided.

Jeff Cote
Project Manager
Jeff is your day-to-day point of contact for the build.
He’s on site, tracking progress, coordinating what’s happening now and what’s coming next, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What matters most is that you’re never left wondering.
You’ll know what’s been completed, what’s ahead, and if anything needs your input. If something changes, you’ll understand what it means for you, not just what happened.
He also keeps a close eye on the details. The small things that, if ignored, can turn into bigger issues later. Addressing them early keeps the project moving smoothly and reduces unnecessary stress.
You stay informed, the process stays organized, and the build stays on track.
