3417 Barrington is a home we built in 2016 for a couple who were ready to downsize. The home is modern on the outside and contemporary on the inside. It is about 2,300 square feet plus the garage. From the first time I stepped on the site, I knew exactly what type of floor plan we needed to make best use of this wonderful property. There is significant privacy with the great room and kitchen facing the green space. The master bedroom is on the ground floor, and the extra living space is on the second floor. The ground floor is built with a heated concrete slab, and it is even more comfortable than it sounds. Natural gas powers both the domestic hot water and the living space, making this home highly efficient and cost-effective to operate.
