This is another carriage home, our seventh one. The location on Kennedy street is an older neighborhood and the principal dwelling on the property happens to be a designated heritage home. Based on this, the home needed to fit nicely into the neighbourhood, and many people agree it does just that. The design features an open plan with two bedrooms and a charming multi-purpose loft space. The home also provides much-needed affordable living space, as the owner has rented it as a revenue property.
