Our benefits package through Manulife is a 70/30 split, with Böehm Construction paying 70% of employee premiums for dental, optical, and prescription coverage. Other benefits are offered, such as physiotherapy, massage, and a pediatrician.

All field crews receive an annual work boot allowance of $300.

At Böehm Construction, we take safety very seriously and offer first-aid training, fall protection, asbestos awareness, WHIMIS, and more.
Not only do we offer safety training, but we also offer opportunities to attend conferences on building sciences and often have local experts give talks in our boardroom, ensuring that our staff is up to date on all things construction.
