Nestled high in the mountains, overlooking the ocean you will find this beautiful rural retreat with its modern design and striking interior. The homeowners asked for clean, simple features so they may be used as a backdrop in which to showcase their extensive art collection and it sure worked! As soon as you enter the home you are greeted with a beautiful polished concrete floor and a wonderfully unique staircase that leads you up to a modern kitchen with a view that will keep you transfixed.
We used Boehm Construction to build our custom home and we would highly recommend them. The entire team provided expert advice, leadership and quality craftsmanship which ensured a home that is well designed and constructed to suit our personal needs and aesthetics. As we have never built from scratch before, we found Jeff's involvement right from lot selection onwards to be incredibly valuable. His understanding of what is needed to build on challenging terrain and his commitment to develop our property in ways which respected nature were greatly appreciated. Our project manager James was also exceptional, addressing all questions promptly : thoroughly, and inspiring confidence every step of the way.
