This is an addition renovation project in Cedar.
The family that lives here felt their living space was restrictive as the kids grew and they felt they needed more indoor lounging space. This space provides just that. We gave them a family room at ground level where the patio used to be. It steps down two steps from the kitchen, has lots of windows, concrete floor, a wood stove and access to the patio.
